Having your cell phone get stolen is probably the worst thing ever. To add insult to injury, when it happens, your cell phone provider shrugs and gives you the retail price to get a new phone. It happened to me just a month after I upgraded, which meant that I was 1 year and 11 months away from getting a new phone for around $100, or I had to fork over nearly $600 if I wanted it now.Finding trustworthy options to buy a new phone was NOT easy. A lot of places out there get a really bad wrap, and I wasn't about to give any site a chance if it gave me a weird feeling. I decided to call and email the customer support to see how professional they were, and they passed the test. They were knowledgeable and professional. When I got my phone in the mail a few days later, I was excited to see that it was in perfect condition; definitely the new phone that they were advertising. I couldn't find a single flaw in the phone or in the process of getting it.

It honestly didn’t take as long as I expected when it was shipped. I was worried I wouldn’t get it on time, but I actually called the customer services number and got a really friendly person who was willing to give me all the information I needed. So, not only did I get my phone on time, but I appreciate the fact that the company is friendly to do business with. Great business model and the phone I received works perfectly with my needs!
