Update: I spoke with George on the phone, and he apologized and had me send the phone back with a full refund and shipping paid. Great customer service. I bought a "new" cell phone from them, or at least it said "new" in the description. It was clearly refurbished, with scratches on the camera lens, not in original box, printed and faded user manual, etc. Maybe it was a mistake in on the web, but dishonest nonetheless.

Got myself the galaxy s7 edge through cell2get and everything was as expected. Phone came fast was packed well, phone was in perfect condition. Manual was missing but gave them a call and they emailed me one within 5 minutes. Overall good experience.

I ordered a S7 phone about a month ago. I didn't really care about receiving it by a certain time so i opted for free shipping. The website mentioned that it would take about a week and a half to ship, yet i received it within a few days. I ordered an extra charger for both my home and car and they were not received in thew order. When i called their customer service center they mentioned that the accessories will arrive separately. I wound up receiving them after two weeks from the initial order but the phone came with a charger originally so i wasn't upset.

I had an issue to contacting cell few times I called them and got the voicemail I decided to leave. a message and to my suppries I got a call but in less then 30 seconds. Customer services seems to be very nice and not pushy I had few questions about the Motorola turbo 2 they answered my question in provisional matter decided to place the order the phone arrived but it was missing the charger I contact customer support again this time I got hold of them in my first try they overnight me a charger and the phone is working great
