I ordered on May 17th. Tomorrow will be 10 DAYS and still no phone. A shipment from Brooklyn,NY to Brooklyn,NY doesn't take 10 days. I am left with no option after tonight other than call my bank and dispute the charge as a non-receipt and buy elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE. I DO GIVE THEM PROPS FOR TAKING THE TIME AND EFFORT IN POSTING FAKE REVIEWS. THEY RUN A GREAT SCAM.

Cell to get took $398 from me on March 30, 2024, sent me a locked flip phone two months later, and denied receipt of my return of it. It was a nightmare. I have bank records, postal proof of return, and the lack of cooperation from Cell to Get. They refused to return my payment of $398. I have concrete evidence that they scammed me. I recently ordered a "New" OnePlus Nord N20 5g from these people. I paid $120. I specifically wanted this phone because it charges super fast and has an ameloid screen. They sent me an n200 in unoriginal packaging without the good charger or cord and no OnePlus anything. The phone was dead and I am just so angry and frustrated.

Illegitimate company. Sells damaged and used products. Horrible customer service. They will rip you off if they can. Bought a new Jetpack and paid for 3-day shipping. After 5 days and no tracking I inquired about my order. Was told it was shipped and will be delivered in 3 days. Finally got it and it’s been used and it doesn’t work. Got the return authorization and unfortunately returned it outside of the 30 day return policy (34 days). So instead of refunding any of my money, as a “courtesy” they sent me a replacement that I didn’t want. When I finally got the new Jetpack 2 weeks later, it’s a used one that has damage and missing pieces. Box marked as is. Don’t buy anything from this site. Crooks. Paid for new and got used junk.

Purchased devices for employees that were advertised as new. Products arrived used (and in rather poor condition, certainly not refurbished). Company has been giving me the runaround and seems like the only option is to pay out of pocket to return and likely then fight them over the amount they decide to keep. Should have done my research, this seems like standard operating procedure for them. If you filter by verified reviews you see that all their actual customers are 1-2 stars and they've just added several hundred fake 5 star reviews to increase their rating. Eventually had to get the credit card company involved. Once the devices were returned customer service has gone nonresponsive. So far they've at least once lied and provided falsified documents in the chargeback claim. Don't expect them to put effort into anything other than stealing your money.

They cancelled my order immediately after payment

I specifically asked if the phone I was wanting to purchase was new. The response was absolutely all phones are new. Well not in original box, not original charger and deep scratches on bottom left of screen. Their solution don't use the phone and send it back. That really isn't an option to be without a phone and then who knows if and when I will get money back. If I have wanted a refurbished I could have gotten one from Amazon $100 cheaper. Stay away
