This was my first order with Cell2get.com and I am very happy with them. The site was accurate with information regarding contents and in-stock status of the item I was interested in. Cell2get.com kept me informed of the status of my order from start to finish via Email. My order arrived complete, in good shape and when it was promised. I will be a repeat customer in the near future.

I was refered here by a friend who was extremely satisfied with his purchase of an unlocked phone. So I decided to check it out also. The site is easy to navigate through ie. by carrier, by brand. cell2get has plenty of information; reviews, pictures of the phone, details of the features! I found Cell cell 2 get the lowest price online for the phone. Free shiping on orders over 149! Secure payment page. I'm excited to get my new motorola. Thank You Cell2get. I will definately recommend your site!

price is competitive, but it took more than 1 week to get shipping status and 2 weeks to get the phone but when the phone finally arrived it was as advertise. I called Customer service and the make up for delay and send me a free case and car charger. I will definitely consider to buy another phone from them

I was at first wary about dealing with cell2get.com due to the some of the other reviews I have read. LG G3 D855 on Oct 15th. The price was great but the free shipping was going to take 14 days....you get what you pay for. I ended up paying a little more at a brick and mortar and decided to cancel before it shipped out. When I called to cancel the order I spoke with Anita whom then transfered me to Jerry. I told Jerry I really was not happy and didnt feel this was fair, he told me he would take it up with his manager. After speaking with his manager he said he would give a full refund. They were reluctant at first but they are not entirely unreasonable. As far as customer service I can genuiely say that Jerry was not rude, had proper etiquette and even advocated on my behalf to his manager. I was really worried about how difficult this process would be, but now I am relieved and I want to thank Jerry for going out of his way to ensure I would be happy even though I cancelled my order and they are not profitting from me. I understand people get frustrated with wait times and I really cant comment on the merchandise, but I can say that cancelling the order for a full refund was not a problem and Jerry really does care about customer service.
