I've visited the cell2get site numerous times but was reluctant to order from Canada. However, the range of products is vast and the prices are compelling (especially during sales). I've checked with friends who have ordered across the border and they've been satisfied with the speed and results. I like how the overall costs are shown (shipping + customs). There shouldn't be any surprises. The drawback? Returns would be a hassle. Since we checked carefully before buying, we're not expecting to send anything back.

My experience with cell2get has been fantastic.The customer service is very accommodating, prompt communications and they truly put the customer first. I have purchased from cell2get before and I have never had a problem. Recently, I purchased two items and I was sure that they were not operable. I contacted customer service via e-mail and they replied within minutes. My concerns were addressed and they offered me numerous options to handle the return, exchange, refund, etc. The customer service representatives went above and beyond to solve my concerns. cell2get customer service is 10+. cell2get has a rare business model, they put their customers first.

The order process is straightforward and clear. But, it also offer a lot of flexibility. Their is multiple payment option.I personally like the custom clearance option. Is a convenient and very affordable way to ship internationally.

Spoke with an extremely helpful individual on after being given the complete runaround by another representative via email. Melvin immediately saw and understood the problem, answered the questions he could and when needed solicited supervisor advice for a quick and amenable solution to a problem that had previous dragged out over several months. Melvin customer service is a testament to cell2get customer service and certainly saved public image with respect to the damage the other representative had caused with her misinformation and overall lackadaisical approach to my problem. All this was remedied by speaking melvin and painless also as not only was the desired result reached, but it didn't take 2 months of ineffective and frustrating email correspondence.

I have used this sited to get my cellphone twice and i am really happy to deal with them. Outstanding collection of cellphone and their services are really awesome. Thanks all of you guys!

ordered a nokia lumia 920 and had troubles for set up as prompts were encountered. Thanks to their technical team who provided very easy to follow instructions and had successfully able to connect and use the item i am very happy with the product

My daughter and I have ordered about 8 phones from cell2get, however, Out of all these orders there have been 1 item that we were disappointed with. but cell2get replaced it I find the shipping time varies with each order. The other day I received some 2 cell phones that took over a two weeks to receive, however, on the same day I received items that I ordered only 2 days ago, will continue to buy from them as long as threy will keep the good service
