I just received my Samsung note 5 from the Celltoget store and the customer service is amazing. The only thing is now I wished I had seen their website first. I would rather have customized my cell phone from their website than buying at a retail store. .

I bought a phone from Cell 2 Get and was having trouble getting it set up. I took it to the Verizon store to get it activated and they could not help me at all. They suggested I contact Blackberry which I did, but they could not help. I called Cell 2 Get back and got in touch with Melvin there. He was awesome! He patiently worked with me and was able to answer all my questions and get everything working perfectly. Melvin was so nice and he explained everything so clearly. It was a great experience and I am so happy. I will definitely stick with Cell 2 Get and recommend them to everyone!

I only buy phones unlock. I need to be able to use my mobile wherever I travel. I normal go to local store, but many problems with used product. Cell2get has nice selection of unlock mobile devices and I only get from them now.

Great customer service today. I got what I needed and asked for. Wait time was 0 minutes to talk to a representative, that's a plus right there. Voice / sound quality could have been better. There seemed to be a lot of distortion that caused me to ask the rep to repeat what she'd said a couple of time. All in all? 5 star service from a progressive company!
