I'm glad for all those with good experiences, but...
Unfortunately, mine was less than stellar. I ordered a Galaxy S5 Mini unlocked phone, in electric blue. I received the phone quickly - 3 days instead of the 10 - 14 they advertised. However, what I got was a S4 Mini for Verizon. I was heading out on vacation that day, so I had to find a location with wi-fi to go to their web site and fill out the return form. They emailed me the next day with instructions. I shipped the wrong phone back on my dime. They emailed me the day they received it and said they shipped the correct phone the same day. Unfortunately it sat at the Brooklyn post office for a week (not cell2get's fault). I finally received the phone 10 days after being shipped. It was the model I ordered, but not the color. Additionally, it was an international phone, though nothing on their website indicated that. I got it working with help from my local AT&T store, but could not get Samsung US support - I'll need to contact their international support group. So the good is: I have a phone that works for the most part (I'm still trying to get it to connect with my Mac), and cell2get was reasonably responsive to the issue. However, the journey was long and frustrating, and something I'll try to avoid by going elsewhere next time.
