When I dropped my phone in the water, i called my t-mobile store to find out if i can get it fixed or replaced. Unfortunately, everyplace i called had the same response of not being covered on the warranty fed up, i looked online and found these guys. I wanted a note 3 phone but i knew they were hard to find. I spoke to them and they knew the differences and recommended the note 2 because of the lower radiation.

I work overseas and I needed a phone that works with a foreign network. I was told this but had no idea what it means. When I called cell2get and tried to place an order they explained, in great detail what the terms mean. They discharged great knowledge.

I normally don't write reviews. But due to cell2get great service and they ask me to share my opnion I make an exception. Several months back I ordered a phone from them. I received the phone within a week. I opened the package and found out the phone is made for germany and not the US. I was frustrated that cell2get did not mention this fact about the product. So i wrote a letter to them that i like to have it exchange with a US model customer service was super friendly and help me to choose the right device

The Phone I ordered was an older model and i wanted to make sure that it had a lightup keyboard. These guys were hard to get in contact with but it was worth it. I like interesting fashion so i used their website to find an older original edition Motorola Razr. I enjoyed the phone and got many comments about it . I spoke with Jim and he recommend the phone for the best price.

My experience with cell 2 get was excellant. This is noteworthy because I had to do an return/exchange and was given the option for either one. When making internet puchases, one is always taking a risk and the hasseles of having to deal with returns/exchanges is dreadful. Cell 2 get cust. svc was very cooperative and I would do business with them again

I ordered an LG G6. They sent it on Monday, and informed me that it should be to me by Wednesday. When it hadn't arrived I contacted them again. They asked me to keep them informed and when it hadn't arrived by Friday, they overnighted another one to me. The second one was delivered on Saturday. The shipping problem was created by the USPS, not by cell2get. The communication was excellent and I was treated well with the shipping problem being handled with no problem.

They specialize in no contract phones. Which means you do not to associate the phone you are purchasing with a specific carrier. IMO, they have one of the best selections of unlocked and off contract phones. The prices are fair but if you can find a sale there are many phones that I would I would consider a steal.
