My experience with the website was average. Most information was easy to find and I even had questions about the phone I was buying. They were available to answer my questions. My problem is with the actual product, which was listed as "New" but was in fact refurbished. It's 2017, these labels cannot be confused. I specifically called the store and asked directly, "This is a brand new phone and not a refurbished phone?" I was told, "Yes! The phone is brand new!" The phone I received was not in an OEM box, did not come with the OEM charger, and did not perform like a new phone. I know this because I previously own the phone and was replacing it after more than 2 years. The new one I got function as poorly as the one I was replacing

Lack of clarity of condition of product
On the plus side, I found the service and the shipping to be prompt. On the negative side, the web page did not indicate that the product would not be in new condition. The product arrived in a non-OEM box. It was not clear to me if it was use or refurbished. The chargers were not Samsung chargers. I would like the site to be more upfront about the condition of the product being sold.

Not New
Recipient phone in timely matter but however is not new as I was told. Phone is in decent shape but you could tell it wasn't new. Don't false advertise your product.

Phone not new, wrong color, can't reach customer service
I ordered a gray galaxy s6 active from cell2get. I called them first to ensure the phone would be brand-new, sealed, in the box. I chose the free shipping option, because at 2 1/2 weeks until Christmas, it didn't make sense to pay extra for shipping.
I received an email confirming the order, but never received a shipping confirmation. Nearly a week after the order, I am worried it's not going to arrive by Christmas, so I called the store. They will not commit to sending me a shipping confirmation email, but say if I call back later, they can get me a tracking number. Starting to sound a little fishy.
Finally the next day, I get in touch with them again and receive a DHL tracking number through USPS. It only tracks departure and delivery, but shows the phone shipping out of China. I call the store again to confirm this is a genuine samsung, brand new in the box and am told it is. I was also told if I had paid extra for shipping, the phone would have shipped from NY instead of China. That would have been nice to know.
The phone finally arrived yesterday. Still within the shipping window of 5-10 days.
Unfortunately, it arrived in an obviously damaged, opened, used box, and the phone is blue not gray.
I paid for a new, gray phone with a warranty, so I've been trying to reach their store this morning. Still not answering. Here's hoping they stand by their agreement and resolve the issue appropriately. I will update my review based on whether I can reach them and how they respond.

Well...
Ordered a Nexus 5 and paid an extra $20 for 2-day shipping. In their ad for the phone I say nothing about it being used or a refurb. I kinda expected that for the price, but thought maybe I'd be lucky and would get a new one since that model was (at the time) two generations old (the poorly reviewed 5x had been replaced by what was then the most current nexus phone, the 6 [this was a few weeks before google announced pixel]).
Apparently, Cell2Get is a company in China using an expediter in New York. When I hadn't received the phone on time, I called and was told it was in the mail and got a tracking number. The tracking number was for the shipment of the phone from China to NYC, not to me in California. Long story a little shorter, it arrived a week after I ordered it.
Not very happy that I had to pay $20 for 2-day shipping when it actually took 7 days. They could have waived the fee, or even given me a credit for being misleading about the turn around.
They didn't.
What I received a week later was a plain small brown cardboard box with the phone, a charger and a little instruction pamphlet. Nothing else. The phone (and the charger for that matter) were in perfect condition, although I could tell that the phone had been used due to the tiny white dust particles between the glass face and bezel.
The nexus 5 uses a tiny tray on the side of the phone to hold your sim card. To pop the tray out, you need to insert a tool into a very tiny hole. No tool was provided to do this, and something like a paper clip or even a pushpin is too big to fit in the hole. Fortunately, I had a tool to do it, but otherwise would have been upset about this.
That's the bad news. The good news is that the phone works perfectly, and I am extremely happy with it. Setup and transferring apps and data from my old phone was smooth and easy (although it takes a little while and had to do several updates to bring it up to android 6.0.1). Being a google phone, there is none of the usual bloatware that you can't uninstall, other than the google bloatware (like google+ and hangouts) that you can't uninstall.
If you're thinking about getting an older model phone to save money, I think the nexus 5 is an awesome choice: just the right size, very sharp screen, excellent cell reception, fast, good amount of memory (I got the 32 gig version -- be aware that nexus phones do NOT accept micro SD cards), and it's also nice and light. Battery life could be better (since mine is a used phone, the battery may be a little passed it, and the battery is not user replaceable). But absolutely none of the weird behavior, buttdials or "ghost launches" that I've experienced with other android phones. Rock solid for a couple weeks now without the need for a single reboot.
So, love the phone, but if you're in a hurry to get one, you may want to shop elsewhere.

Out of stock
Recently ordered a phone only to find out a couple of days later that the phone is out of stock. Three days after that the phone page still shows the phone as available and on sale. This indicates that their product sale page is not connected to their back end data on stocking levels, a major red flag for any online retailer. It's poor performance for any site to not update a product page with availability more than a week after they are canceling orders. Overall, a poor buying experience and I would recommend that they work on automating availability on their product page based on their back end data. Anything else is down right misleading to your customers and tells them that you can't be trusted.

Fine company but disappointed this time
Ive bought a lot of cell phones from cell2get in the past. Ive never been disappointed until now. Really,m this wasnt even a problem with the company. At this point they know my name and they treat me with respect but something was wrong with my Moto Razor that i got.
The phone came looking poor. The phone worked poorly. The phone came a week late. I called up the company and complained and they sounded sorry about the trouble. Still, they should be on top of their merchandise. Possibly this was a slip in the system and I dont think it will be happening again, but this time, the company does not deserve my usual praise. Better luck for my next purchase.

I was sent the wrong, lesser quality, phone.
I was sent the wrong, lesser quality, phone. I only figured this out after it was activated, and Cell2Get Inc. apologized and has apparently refunded me the difference. But I'm kind of stuck with it unless I pony up another activation fee. Not a good way to operate.
