Regarding your order, the shipping label was created as part of our normal fulfillment process. Unfortunately, during final processing we discovered that the item was no longer available. Rather than keep you waiting, we canceled the order and issued a full refund immediately. While refunds are processed right away on our end, banks and credit card companies typically take several business days to post the funds back to your account. Your statement that we do not have a physical location is incorrect. These allegations are completely false and defamatory. We have no record of this individual as a customer of ours, and the review does not appear to be connected to any verified order with Cell2Get. Additionally, the accusation that anyone from our company made anti-Semitic remarks is outrageous and entirely fabricated. We are a Jewish-owned business ourselves and would never make hateful or discriminatory comments toward anyone. We take customer service seriously and work hard to assist all customers professionally and respectfully. False reviews containing fabricated claims of racism or hate speech are extremely damaging and should be removed.
