Hello! Thank you for your honest review. We are terribly sorry this was your experience in our chastity device. I assure you that our cages are not glued together, the two sides are joined using ultrasonic welding. Our products are protected by a limited Warranty, covering any manufacturer defects. The issue you've experienced with the middle seam is most certainly covered by the Warranty. We would be happy to assist you with a Warranty and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to make your experience with CB-X and Chastity a more positive one. If you were able to remove the device while locked in, there is a chance you may not be using the correct U-ring and pin & spacer combination for your anatomy. We are also available to help offer suggestions with fit to ensure you are comfortably and securely locked in.
