Thank you for your feedback. At checkout, you should have seen at least one or possibly two other shipping options. We offer UPS and USPS shipping services, cost is based on location. Additionally, our customer service team would be happy to provide any help that they can regarding your order. Though we are not responsible for the shipping time or shipping carrier delays, we do our best to assist whenever possible. If you have not reached out to us yet, please send an email to [email protected]. UPDATE TO ADD: We have found your order and tracking information. Please check the status of your package using your tracking number on the Canada Post website. Your tracking information states there that the expected delivery is tomorrow (June 18) by end of day. Not another 13 days as you had read elsewhere. If you still have questions please send us an email and we'd be happy to send you links for the tracking information. Thank you.

Please ensure that you have the product assembled correctly for wear, and do not strike the device with hard materials (such as metal or wood). It is possible that you may have had a faulty part, we do offer a 1-year manufacturer defect warranty.
