I ordered some Iberico products and through no fault of the company, the order got delayed because if the storm and fedex. I called and they overnighted a replacement right away. Product looks great even though I haven’t had a chance to cook it yet. Kudos to caviar lovers for their great customer service.

I ordered an 8oz tub of creme fraiche. We received three 2.25oz containers instead and no one bothered to let me know. Not very nice.

I love the product, but I purchased 2 bottles & only one will open. Really not pleased about this. I'm afraid if I use tools to get the lid off, I will damage the lid or seal
