I think they are very professional and a great company. My only problem is the 40$ over night fee. I placed my order on Friday and was called immediately after and was asked when I wanted to receive my package. Assuming it was 40$ overnight fee I would get it the next day and was told because it was a Friday I ordered it so I would have to spend an extra 10$. I told them just get it to me on Monday because I wouldn’t be home on Saturday anyways. I was supposed to receive the package on Monday and ended up getting the package on Tuesday.But I plan on ordering again from the company and if I didn’t have the issue with when I received the package from the company I would have rated it a 5 .

My first order with them was not a smooth experience. The scheduled delivery date that I had requested looked like it was not going to make it. A phone call to their customer service & I was told they would call me back within the hour. They never did. The first order luckily made it on time but it was a close call. Second time around delivery was much smoother. Products are excellent.

Prep as directed, but still tough stem. Next time I'll separate the stems and prep separately.

Caviar and gravlax was very good but the whitefish was like shoe leather and inedible. It was like dried salted codfish.

shipped quickly and was well packaged. shipping was more than the product but i knew that when i ordered. just be aware.

I would like to be able to chose my own flight of caviar for a personalized tasting. I have used Bemka for years now and they are my go to for caviar and all things great to eat.
