The package came late from the promised date. The Scottish style salmon was huge for the two of us but on the whole very good. Still trying what to do with the rest. The various jars of Caviar Were mostly pedestrian types and easily purched from local establishments in our area. We are still assessing some of the rest of the Caviar jars. Overall OK

I had placed an order to be received on a Friday and never received it. When I called they were very helpful and sent out another one. I needed the one that I had originally ordered for some guest on Friday night. I received the second one the following Tuesday. The overall quality was just OK and didn’t have much flavor it was very soft and for the money I think it should’ve been a better quality.

I love the product, but I purchased 2 bottles & only one will open. Really not pleased about this. I'm afraid if I use tools to get the lid off, I will damage the lid or seal

The packaging should be improved. The black lumpfish Caviar box was damaged. It should have been placed in a plastic bag to avoid the moisture. The 10 LB Alaska king crab legs were loosely put in a thin plastic bag without even tying up.
