Ordered for the first time showed up warm! Tasted off and customer service said it ships frozen and should be cold. Offered me a 10% coupon on next order which I will not be ordering again. Too many better companies that I would not be ordering again.

Literally trash sales reps. Talks extremely poorly about you if you do not want to take a sample from them

We had bad experience around Christmas and they called us that they will "make it right" this time giving us 50% discount coupon. What is 50% discount good for when we realized that the price of Salmon roe that we purchased for about $75 (for 16 oz ) around Christmas went up to $224 two months later. Furthermore, the price of Foie Gras was 200% higher at Bemka than the price offered from the producer directly at their web site. We tried to use the coupon for King Crab legs at $400 for 10 lbs. They played another trick on us here. Cancelled our order and changed the product status to "discounted". Used to be $400 regular price. They changed it to $500 regular price discounted to $400. They told us that coupons are not valid for "discounted" items. Too many little "dirty" tricks make me sick of this company.

My family never received the caviar, instead they only received the mother of pearl spoon that was supposed to come with the caviar.
