I must have ordered the wrong size case for my iPhone, but Caudabe sent me the correct size without having to return the first one. This is my second phone case I've ordered from Caudabe, and I love the Electric Blue color and it's durability!!! I dropped the phone resulting in major cracks in my CRYSTALSHIELD but I still have a scratch free phone. I sent a short email to the support team one evening. They responded first thing the next morning assuring me the CRYSTALSHIELD was covered under warranty and a replacement is on it's way. Awesome customer service!

Having spent a lot of time researching cases for my new iPhone, l ordered a Caudabe SHEATH - it’s an amazing product and l love the fit, feel and quality. I also love the customer service - when l needed help with a return to switch to an iPhone 12, they were so helpful and positive, quickly arranging a new case and refund, and even gave me an active duty military discount! A brilliant product and fantastic team! I definitely recommend!!

Treated myself to an iPhone 13 Pro (first time getting the Pro model!), and I knew I wanted a really good case to protect it. The problem is that I don’t want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a case, I want it to be thin, I don’t want it to feel cheap, I don’t want to have to press extra hard just to use the buttons (like with a lot of crappy cases) and I want it to have a non-slip surface so that I can lean it against things like my water bottle and not have it slide down flat. I took a gamble on this case, as I had never heard of the company or the case before, and knowing what I know now (I hesitate to say this) I might even pay double for the case next time. It’s that good. It has a premium feel, non-slip grip, thin, the buttons aren’t difficult to press at all, and it provides very good protection! The fact that it looks nice is just a bonus. The lip on the front is just high enough that I can lay it face down without the screen touching the surface. And the camera bump lip is just high enough that the camera lenses are protected when I lay it on its back. I really can’t think of a better case design, as this has it all. The only downside is that I like variety in my life but I don’t see myself ever buying a different case now that I’ve found this one. This is not a paid review. I bought the case last month and got an email today asking if I’d like to review. I figure the company deserves a thank you for making such a great case at such a good price.
