Caudabe phone cases are awesome. They fit perfectly to the phone with no shifting, and the feel of the case in my hand is very comfortable. I very recently bought another phone case (my second one from you guys) for my iPhone 14. I recently did something incredibly stupid without realizing it and left my phone VERY close to an open flame. My phone was too close to the fire for several minutes and it melted the phone case. However, after my phone cooled off, I was able to turn it back on and it worked just fine. I was genuinely shocked. If it weren’t for the durability of the phone case, my $1100.00 phone would be in the garbage right now. And not only did the case save my phone, Caudabe sent me a new phone case due to the warranty.

Update (9/15/23): Their service team reached out to me and approved a one-time replacement of my damage case. I really appreciate the speediness of their customer service to resolve my dissatisfaction. Thank you Caudabe. I purchased a Synthesis iPhone 13 Pro (MagSafe) case a little over a year ago. Here is my review. At first, I really liked this case. Its slim fit, vibrant color cases really drew me in. Unfortunately, after a bit over a year, my case broke. The sidewalls of the case detached from the back almost completely. This should not happen to a phone that is lightly used in an office setting... I cannot stand behind an accessory that will not last at least as long as the product its used for...

I've purchased 4-5 cases from Caudabe over the past year or so for myself and family/friends. I only have good things to say about the quality of the products. I love how perfectly the cases fit iphones compared to cheaper cases I've had from Amazon and even more premium cases from companies like Nomad. I had a small defect with 2 of them (mind you not affecting the use, just a smaller non-critical issue each time). Caudabe has always been quick to respond and send out a replacement. Would highly recommend Caudabe over a cheaper option from Amazon or the like.

My experience with Caudabe has been extraordinary! From the start I had a question regarding what the most compatible charging cable for my iPhone is. I got a response the same day!! When I had ordered the wrong cable, I got a response to my question re: exchange/refund process, I got a response AGAIN the same day!!! I have to say that Caudabe has provided the BEST customer experience I have had in a long time. These days, you can hardly ever get through to speak to a live person and rarely get a timely response to email. While I did not speak with a live person, Caudabe has gone above and beyond in terms of customer experience. Thay are to be applauded!

My Lucid Clear case protected my phone from four drops on concrete last week. Not a scratch on the phone. I keep seeing online how this particular case is not protective. That’s a lie. They may give their lives in service to your phone, but your phone will remain flawlessly in tact, and their top notch customer service will replace it immediately. This company makes a great product and stands behind it.
