I've been a loyal supporter of Caudabe since iPhone XS Max, since then I've never once considered any other case. Every change of my iPhone definitely comes with a Caudabe case, at times, the case arrived earlier than the phone itself haha. Tip top product + tip top after sales services. Been a human for over 40 years, I've never really wanted to write a review on customer services and/or after sales services. If you thought Hai Di Lao has top services, then trust me, Caudabe will change your mindset. They are so well-trained and so services-oriented that at times, I even felt a little embarrassed asking for warranty. Way to go Caudabe! You're definitely a leading example in the case industry!

I have always loved these cases from Caudabe. I received one with a small defect and their customer service made it right. The replacement is perfect and my favorite case.

I messed up my order address and emailed them to fix it, they got back to me at 9pm on a Saturday and fixed it immediately. Great support team

This company is swift to fix any issues and has amazing quality control with their A1 products. I cannot recommend them enough. They replaced my defective case with a new color way and let me keep the old case. Absolutely love this. Keep doing what you’re doing Caudabe!

Got to write a glowing review for this company and its cases. The Sheath for iPhone 17 Pro Max is superb - only case I have found that offers the level of protection I want for the phone AND MagSafe. Great to look at, as well! Also got to give a shout out to customer service: I ordered the wrong case online, realised my mistake and emailed the company. Got a response within 15 minutes telling me the order had been corrected and they sent the right case.

I first was drawn to Caudabe because of wanting specific cutout coverage for my new iPhone 17 Pro, and I had read good things. The order shipped quickly and I have to say I was blown away by the quality. Easily the best phone case and screen protector I’ve ever used, and I’ve used many. There was a very minor issue with one of the items I ordered so I reached out to customer service. They could not have been kinder, more helpful, or quicker to responds. Honestly, the best customer service I’ve received online in years. Will 100% return to buy cases for future phones.

Seriously the best customer service I have ever had. I accidentally ordered the wrong color and when I realized it, I shot them a message on instagram and via email. They were quick to respond. Within minutes I got a reply. They corrected my mistake and shot me over the new order number and tracking. 10/10 would recommend these cases and company!
