Caudabe products are great. Well, the two I’ve tried which are the Caudabe Sheath and CrystalShield Elite AR for the iPhone 17 Pro Max. Good quality and value. Their customer service is also top-notch. When I needed a warranty replacement for my screen protector, all it took was a friendly email exchange with their support team member, payment for shipping, and it was on its way. So easy. I have already recommended their products to many people, and will continue to do so because they are one of the few companies left out there with competent support these days.

I recently bouth a Sheath - iPhone 17 Pro (Precise) in Celestial Blue for my new iPhone. Somehow the Pro Max case arrived instead. When I contacted Customer Support, they were very helpful; I was able to reorder the correct case and the refund on the incorrect case appeared on my Amex account quickly. Bravo to Customer Support! The new case fits perfectly. I ordered the Caudabe specifically because I wanted coverage and protection for the area around the camera lenses; the Apple case left it all exposed. I love the tactile grip; I don't feel like dropping the phone is nearly as likely. The case has a weight that feels protective but does not make it heavy. I'm thrilled. I will definitely revisit Caudabe in the future!

Great customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong size screen protector and they made the return / exchange seamless and easy. Customer service agent was very friendly and helpful. The case and protector I bought have been working out great as well.

My case and screen protector are amazing and have protected my IPhone 17 pro max greatly. I’ve dropped my phone several times and it’s been put through it a bit but my case has held up through it all. I did crack my screen protector but after some very helpful emails I was able to get a replacement due to the warranty. Absolutely zero complaints.

I have been using their covers for two years now. I've had an amazing experience. I'm a pretty refuser for my phone and have dropped it multiple times. These car provide amazing protection. They also look and feel great. The rugged feel on the outside. You have a great grip on the phone just a great feeling to hold onto more than that overtime as my phone covers became a little loose. I was able to claim the warranty twice and without any questions asked the team sent me to replacements. This is such an amazing experience. Would highly recommend!
