I was delighted to receive my Cat Person delivery. I love that it comes with a personalized note and the box can be transformed into a "cat palace." My cat Sammy went crazy for the fish-shaped, catnip toy and the treats. All you cat owners, look no further to spoil your favorite pets!

My cats have tried all types of that “real” “healthy” type food and they NEVER EAT it. No matter how slowly I introduce the new food to them, try to trick them, or whatever. They never eat it - and the “real food” options are not cheap. Though, being a cat daddy I of course want them to eat the best so I keep trying. I came across Cat Person and figured it would be worth a shot - although my hopes were not too high (only based on my past experiences with the “real food” for cats as I just stated). When I saw the sample box was half the cost of the last “real food” cat food I tried, Smalls, I figured okay why not and I tried it. The packaging was cute and my cats LOVE playing with the box that is transformed into a little hide-and-seek ball game (nice touch to the packaging Cat Person). As I was reading the nicely printed info cards on how to introduce the food to the cats to help them ease into the transition I poured a little of the Tuna (I think it was that one) into the cat bowls and scooped a little of the dry nibble and IMMEDIATELY my cats are eating it and I was SHOCKED. THEY ATE ALL OF IT ALSO! I tend to give them Fancy Feast, which as my vet calls it “kitty crack” because they get stuck/basically addicted to only wanting that - and if you read the cans you need a TON OF CANS PER DAY, PER CAT - and if the cats would even eat that much you would be spending, no joke, hundred and hundreds and hundreds a month. I easily go through a $20-25 box of Fancy Feast a week for my two fur-babies and most end up in the trash because you know how cats are. So when I tried Cat Person, and they had a good priced sample box and the kitties loved the special packaging, and they eat the food, it was a triple win for all of us. I was surprised. One of my cats does not like the chicken patte, though my cats tend to not like patte as much as gravy/shedded food anyways - so I just edited my order to not include any. I’m super excited to see them eat healthy now. The best part is, after they eat Cat Person food, they seem to be full and want to realize vs being all amped up and running around the house and wanting to play and go nuts while you are trying to eat yourself or do whatever it is you need to do. The kitties also don’t meow only 30 mins later after eating looking for more food so you know Cat Person food is actually good and filling for them. It’s like a weight has been taken off of my shoulders and heart.

So far we are very pleased! We needed a way to have high quality food in a variety of flavors delivered regularly, as our cat gets bored of eating the same flavors day after day. Cat Person meets this need, and the meal plan sign up made it easy to ensure we were ordering the right amount of food. Transitioning our cat to the new food was simple, and he absolutely loves it. As an added bonus, the lids and spoons that came with the meal plan are much higher quality than I expected from a complimentary gift. If you have larger hands, you may find the wet food a little tricky to open, but it is a minor issue.

My cat is loving this cat food. My cat, Ethel, has FIV. She has no teeth and she is sick, a lot. She is a small kitty, in size, as well. I wanted to get a cat food that was nutritious and close to human food consistency. Some days she wants to eat. Other days not so much. Since getting Cat Person cat food, she eats at least 2-3 times a day. I am very pleased with this cat food. Highly recommend if you have a sickly or finicky cat.

My cat LOVES his new food, he got excited from the start! And I have to add that the boxes they send it in are brilliant! Love the idea of reusing them as beds, toys, or both. Definitely not changing foods anytime soon. Now excited to buy the toys, food bowl and some treats! Thank you Cat Person

I participated in a pre-launch testing phase for Cat Person as part of which I ordered a cat bed, a wand toy and some dry and wet food for my cat Tintin. My review does not factor in the price as I received these items for free. Delivery: The delivery was prompt and came in packaging that could be reused as cat toys for some fun times. Tintin enjoyed the box game! Cat bed: Easy to assemble and looks cool. However, it wasn't enough to incite Tintin to actually use it. He is known to not like cat beds and prefer human beds. Wand toy: Again, looks really cool and unlike most wand toys around. Tintin took to it immediately and started playing with it. He chewed on to the string to eventually break it. But he still enjoys playing with the toy itself, even though the wand is now unusable. Wet food: It smells so much better than most other cat food you'd find. It does feel like a high quality cat food. The ingredients analysis made me confident that I could safely incorporate it has part of Tintin's diet. Tintin gobbled it up quickly, leaving fewer leftovers than other wet food we've tried. The little lids that shipped with the food help neatly store any leftovers in the fridge. Dry food: Haven't tried yet. Overall, Cat Person's products - as the name suggests - are thoughtfully designed to appeal to not just the cats but us cat people as well.

Overall, these products are much better quality than their traditional in-store counterparts. We ordered the Mesa bowl, a catnip toy, and several varieties of wet food. All arrived thoughtfully packaged and as beautiful as it looks on the site. We are in love with the Mesa bowl! Our fur baby is a very messy eater and we had no idea it might be the dishes we use. I was skeptical, but am so pleased now - the mess all over the kitchen floor is gone and fur baby is enjoying mealtimes more. We’ve just begun introducing the wet food in phases. The quality is obviously better than the grocery store stuff. I knew this is a company that gets cats when I saw the instructions to turn the shipping box into a cat toy. So clever!

I am used to buying not the cheapest cat food for my kitty, Lady Gandalf. Once you learn about the fillers and ingredients used in pet food, it's hard to know what brands do it right. I decided to give Cat Person a try, and my cat adores it. The fact that it is delivered to your door makes it that much more convenient. Even though we still had some of her old food left, she refuses to eat it. I feel happy knowing precisely what ingredients go in the food, and my cat is happy that I'm feeding her the good stuff. As a designer, I also love the packaging. The food came in a box that turns into a cat cave that Lady loves to play in!
