Cat PersonReviews of catperson.com

My cat adores this food! She was instantly interested in both the wet and dry, and is excited every time I refill her bowls! I also like that I can tell that the food is quality, and made with the real ingredients it claims just by looking at it.

Three weeks after supposedly shipping, my order still isn't here. USPS (why are they still using them right now anyway??) has apparently not even received it. I emailed CP's customer service. Days later, no reply. Same with text. Same with DMing on Twitter. If a *food subscription service* can't even be reliable enough to reply to customers, then they can't be relied upon to feed my cat, and that's wholly independent of the beleaguered USPS. Since they haven't responded to me, I've disputed the charge with my card. Update: I see that they'll bother to reply to a public review but nothing else. I emailed you guys DAYS ago. My most recent attempt was just that - my most recent attempt. But I've been trying to reach someone for several days now. "It might be in our spam" is a pretty sad excuse. Is everyone else who has complained about you publicly in your spam? Come on.

I really love this brand and to me it's very affordable. Really seems like good quality and my cats love it. Although i do wish i could give a 4 and a half stars just because its not THAT reliable on shipping time, sometimes it takes longer than other days. For me its no issue because i always have their other kibble in stock just in case we do run out. I tend to mix and match their diffrent food; for example, ill receive my package of 1 dry food and mix in to the purina food that is almost out and just toss to mix. Makes the food last longer and i still feel comfortable knowing they're getting good quality food. If i were to ONLY feed them cat person then it would be too pricey. Hopefully in the future, i can afford to only purchase this brand.

Placed an order in late December for the sample package with dry food, shreds and pate wet food. Cats enjoyed the dry. Hated the pate, even my dog didn't eat it. AND NEVER RECEIVED THE SHREDS. I contacted the company and was told Jan 15th that they are on their way. It is now Feb 1 and no package. USPS doesn't even have it received for tracking yet. I have a recurring order to begin soon (February) but thinking about cancelling, since a reliable food delivery is important for feeding my cats. So far, extremely disappointed. I realize that USPS was screwed over by the postmaster, but I am no longer getting responses to my emails. Poor customer service so far.

I've got 2 Senior kitties, and usually they get sick on store bought cat food brands. Plus they never finished their food either. So, I went searching for better food for them, and found Cat Person. Now my kitties hardly ever get sick, and they actually love the Cat Person Dry Food. Plus now they always finish their food, and it smells good too!

I ordered quite a few toy bundles for Christmas gifts and have gotten great feedback (And some really cute pictures) from my recipients! Cats love the toys and treats and it’s such a fun way to play with your little furry friends. I will say that my order got lost during the holiday postal office overwhelm, but that was beyond Cat Persons control. They were awesome and replaced the orders, expedited them and made sure I had them in time for the holidays.

I have ordered twice from Catperson (pate' and kibble). The second order came late and was the wrong food (shreds instead of pate'). I have emailed the company per their instructions and texted multiple times to the number for texting without any response other than a canned one that they're busy. Their website says 24-48 hr response on questions and it's been a week now. Thinking I may need to put a stop payment on the credit card to get their attention. This food is too expensive just to sit on the shelf because my cats don't like the shreds.

My very picky cat loves the food and eats it up. The bowl will be clean. I have only tried the introductory flavors because my more complete order is not here yet. I only give them 4 stars because they have awful fulfillment, I ordered more 5 days ago and it still hasn't moved.
