Cato FashionsReviews of catofashions.com

After several attempts of trying to shop there (the store was always closed), I decided to try again the other night. What a wonderful experience! Found everything I needed and everything is of good quality. The sales people were fantastic! Will go back every Tuesday when stock comes in! Highly recommend!

I do not even want to give them one star. I am still waiting on an order that I paid for. I called them two different times to tell them that UPS says that though there is a tracking number, but Catos have not asked for the package to be picked up and only the label was made. They denied this on the two different phone calls, saying it was already shipped and on its way. I called one more time today and told them that UPS says that it’s not true once again and she finally admitted it has not even left their warehouse. It is going on 21 days they say they ship between seven and 10 days. The woman was incredibly rude about it.

Cato Fashion is one of my favorite stores. When I go into the Cato store in Hope Mills, NC, I'm always greeted with a warm hello. Any time I need assistance the customer service rep, are always on hand to give assistance. One of my favorite customer service reps named Stephanie, she's always pleasant and very helpful. There prices are very reasonable, they even have a layaway if just don't have the money to purchase what you like at the time of purchase. You can find great deals on the clearance racks as well. You rock Cato.

I have been doing business with them for years. They have some wonderful clothing,

I WAS THERE FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME BEAUTIFUL CLOTHING AND VARIETY GREAT PRICES STAFF IS GOOD

A big shout out to Lisa & Carley at the Fredericksburg VA Cato Store. They were awesome! I was on a limited time schedule and we shopped till we dropped! They were professional, helpful, and full of great fashion advice! A very happy customer! Highly recommend this store!

This boutique has good markdowns and a good variety for gift purchases for women and team girls. For picky people in the family, I buy gift cards. One-hundred dollars can go a long way for pretty decent items and clothing on sale.

I recently wrote a review about the Cato Prattville AL store noting how I often encountered the workers treating me like I wanted to steal. As a result, I hadn't been in that store in years. I bragged on the Montgomery, AL Ann Street store that I didn't feel uncomfortable there. At least not until today. I just left there and from the moment I walked in the Staff started searching the racks around me. Again, I felt that uncomfortableness. I am a hardworking IT Professional who wouldn't steal a hot dog. I'm starting to think that the Cata stores train their employees to behave in such away. I shop online and at the stores and even though I still like the clothes I need to leave Cata alone for a while. Probably a long while.
