I visited Cato today on 05/04/26 @Cato Fashions Lake City , Ga. 30260. I initially came in store to buy a pair of earrings; however, I arrived a few minutes early sat and waited until thy open but tried to open the door at 10:15am and the door was locked. I could see the workers inside one lady was in the front paying me no mind, she kept hanging clothes, so I looked through the window to get her attention. then she came to the door. I asked do you all open at 10:00am she said yes as if it didn't matter. Well I ended up browsing and buying 3 things when I initially wanted one thing which was a plus. BUT when ready to check out I stood at the counter waiting for someone to check me out, mind you it was me and another lady in there shopping. well the young girl kept hanging clothes as if no one was at the counter, I watched her through the mirrors she came to the counter when she got ready.... I gave the store a 3 star because I did find what I wanted, But customer service could have been better upon arrival and closing of sale.
