This side by side translation Bible is awesome! Breathtaking to look at and it is helping me become comfortable with the Latin and at the same time, I can read the English translation. It helps one absorb what he/she is reading. Worth every penny.

Wasn't happy simply with the fact that I tried purchasing a book that said in stock when it wasn't. (Edit) I waited a few days before I actually decided to buy that book, it said in stock much more than "a few minutes" I understand mistakes can be made, I'm not angry about it, though not happy either, just giving an honest review.

We clearly list on our website when a book is out of stock - on the product page, in the shopping cart, during the checkout process, and in the receipt email that gets sent to you. Unfortunately, in your case, there was a mistake on our part. Due to a situation with a customer return, our website briefly (for just a few minutes) showed that there was 1 copy of this book in stock. Unfortunately, you had the misfortune to look at that book at just that moment. I do see that you were notified of the backorder and that it was quickly canceled when you requested it be canceled. As a small family-owned business, we take customer feedback seriously and are sorry to hear that you felt this was a one-star experience.
