Didn’t realize some books were so small, rediculous!

We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your books! We are a small family owned bookstore that carries books from many publishers. We do not control the size of the books. We do accept returns for a full refund, should you wish to do so please contact our customer service team.

Because I did not understand the website, that the book I wanted was out of stock. Now I have to wait for whatever time before I can get my book.

We're sorry to hear that it was unclear that the item you ordered was out of stock! We show how many of a particular item is in stock directly next to the "Add to Cart" button. We also display a large, bold, yellow message at the top of the shopping cart anytime an order contains items that are out of stock. We'd welcome your feedback if you have any suggestions as to how we can make this more obvious. We do not want anyone to be surprised by an out of stock items which is why we try to make stock status abundantly clear throughout our process. I am happy to see that your order shipped out on time yesterday and is en route to you via USPS Priority Mail!

Did not get my entire order

Thanks for your order! As noted on our website, when you placed your order only 1 copy of the book you ordered was in stock. That copy was shipped to you immediately. As soon as the other copies return to stock, they will ship separately.

uno de los libros llego maltratado.

The book was delivered in good condition, however, the book was shipped from Pittsburgh; which is a six hour drive. The book took five days to get to my house. First they shipped it south to the Columbus Ohio area, then it was shipped to the Toledo area then eventually shipped to Grand Rapids and then it went out for local delivery. I can’t see how this is cheaper! I would look at a different carrier! I am now enjoying the book!

Thanks for your feedback! I took a look at the tracking details on your order, and it appears that the package was misrouted by the USPS, which added some extra processing time. However, I'm happy to see that despite that, your book still arrived within the promised timeframe for the economy shipping service you selected. (Though as you noted, 5 days is out of the ordinary for a shipment from PA to MI.)

Your shipping cost are unreal. I can go on Amazon and get the same book with the same cost and free shipping.

Thanks for your feedback! With regard to your comparison to Amazon, they have warehouses in every major city and daily dedicated truck routes between them. As a small Catholic family-owned business, we do not have those advantages and have to pay for normal USPS and FedEx service. After paying our shipping carriers we generally break even on what we charge for shipping. We offer many other advantages over Amazon – in fact, I notice that the items you purchased are not yet available on Amazon at all! And it's worth noting that all orders over $50 ship for free on our website. With that said, we're sorry you were unhappy with your shipping charges and wish you God's blessings in the future!

Wonderful daily missal, but the mailer envelope it came in was in really bad shape when it arrived at our house. Luckily the missal only had some light damage to its corners on the front hard cover. It looked like the envelope had tire tracks on it and it had three tears in it that went all the way to the bubble wrap in the inside. It really should have been shipped in a box for better protection.

We're sorry to hear that the item you ordered was damaged in transit! While we take measures far above the industry standard to ensure every order arrives safely, on rare occasion we (or our shipping carriers) miss the mark. Please contact us at [email protected] and we'd be happy to arrange for a free replacement of the damaged books.
