Overall Good Service
I really liked the price of the book I purchased, and I can't dispute the delivery time. However, when my book arrived, the book was slightly bent and had a bit of the package's adhesive stuck to it. I will definitely purchase more books through that website though.

Francisco, thank you for your order! I'm sorry to hear that the items you ordered have not arrived. I wish you had contacted us for assistance earlier as our customer service team is always available to help, but it appears this review is the only way you've attempted to contact us. It looks like you placed two orders with us and both shipped out on the same day they were placed. An automated shipment notification was sent to your email. Both orders seem to have been delivered by the USPS. The tracking number for the shipment is 9400111108104825887365. If you haven't received these items, we'd be happy to assist you with a replacement. Please contact us at [email protected] and let us know, and we'd be happy to assist.
