Super easy check out experience. My only complaint is that there were too many things I wanted to purchase!

T-shirt is cute, but definitely not worth $38.

Hi Lisa! We're happy you like the shirt, and we're sorry about the price, however we hope it was worth it and that shirt gets lots of wear :)

The gift card through Sezzle was not applied to my purchase. Even though it states on the Nift website, "Your gift will be automatically applied at checkout." Update: My gift card has been applied. I want to thank Casual Chic Boutique for their fast response and getting the order corrected. I have changed my rating based on this update.

Took forever to ship!! Still waiting for my order to ship, even after contacting customer service, who said my order should ship today. It isn't even packaged! Never again! Received shoes finally and they are awful! The bottom is super slippery on smooth surfaces and the are very cheap looking. All together this has been an awful experience!

Hi Kit! We're sorry about the time it took :( Unfortunately, some of our items are overseas.. including this one!! However they're on their way to you now and we hope you love them !! :)

I was supposed to get a $30.00 credit for this order from Planet Fitness. I went through the email link according to the directions, but the discount was not applied to my purchase. I was charged the full amount. I would like to resolve this asap.
Response from Casual Chic BoutiqueMay 29, 2024
Hi Mary, I am sorry to hear that you experienced issues with your discount code. I want to assure you that we will do our best to resolve this for you. Can you please provide us with the discount code so we can apply it on our end? Please keep in mind that the code should work as long as your cart contains at least $30 worth of products. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and giving us the opportunity to make things right for you. Best regards, Ian
