CastlegradeReviews of castlegrade.com

I had a problem and Dan took care of it swiftly. These are good masks.

Very happy customer, no problems, 10/10. The price works out after spending on N95s

Great service & fast shipping. I got everything I ordered quickly and safely.

Dan was so helpful in helping me get a good fit for my mask! I can travel again

People really need to be wearing masks like these! Those cloth masks don’t do hardly anything but N95 masks are the real deal! But you have to make sure you get a good seal (no glasses fogging) to know that they are working and the only mask that I can get a good seal with is the Castle Grade G9 mask.

BIG FAN OF THESE MASKS. I WEAR IT EVERY DAY.

Worse company ever and they don’t honor their emails saying both straps included with each mask. You can contact them by email no reply. And if you do get an response them days later they are rude and not helpful. I feel cheated out my money they don’t care .

Ordered a mask through Amazon, it was defective. Contacted Amazon and Castlegrade, received an email from Dan@castlegrade, told me to order another mask and will be refunded. I did so, after several emails have not received my refund nor have I received any responses from my numerous emails. I finally contacted Amazon they allowed to return the original mask for a refund. Love the mask but their customer service sucks!
