The mask itself seems to be good but runs very small. The straps were far too small & I had to order larger replacement straps which were sent without charge. They are very uncomfortable and I have now had to order over-the-ear straps for which I will be charged. All shipments have been extremely slow (latest straps still have not arrived) and priced at a fairly high price. Better service might make up for the high price.

To be honest, these masks are a bit disappointing. they don’t fit our faces correctly (we are from different asian descent with rounder and flatter faces than others), which was pretty sad. Then, we were supposed to be sent the over ear straps probably now more than 2-3 months ago and they still have yet to arrive.

The mask is somewhat comfortable, but not great. straps are too short. i ordered the longer ones over 2 months ago and have yet to receive them. overall this purchase has been a disappointment. if you're in the market, i'd probably suggest you look elsewhere. Mask does not stay sealed on your face very well, either.

Excellent customer service. Cannot stress that enough!! The only thing is I wish is for the masks to have more physical depth to fit my prominent/larger nose. I have a small head, and therefore the medium/large would have been too “long” and gone past my chin & would not have created a seal. The small size is okay, but I have a prominent/larger nose, and the depth of the size small isn’t quite big enough (just ~barely~ fits my nose) and squishes the tip of my nose and I get red waffle marks when I take it off. Would be more comfortable if the proportions could accommodate larger facial features but in the small mask size. I love the mask and the complete seal it creates, and makes me feel safe. The only thing is that it is truthfully uncomfortable pressing on my nose after 1 1/2 hours of wear.
