I like this mask a lot. I like the material and that it doesn't collapse in on my mouth. Things I would improve are, 1 make an XL size. I have a nose with a high bridge so a size that is a little taller or made to accommodate a high bridge would make for a better seal. 2- make the two straps individually adjustable so I can make the lower one smaller than the upper one. Other hand that it is great.

Great service, love the mask. Definitely get the ”longer strap”. ”The over ear” strap is not my favorite, but it's great for people who remove an put back on their mask often.

This company is as disreputable as they come. We bought two of them masks. They are so uncomfortable that we cannot use them. The masks are no more than a ripoff. The company promised to send us two new straps that would allegedly make the masks more comfortable and therefore useable. However, the company has refused to send the new straps. THis is no more than a ripoff. I would stay away from this company. It is my individual, personal, subjective belief that I was ripped off by this company.  Therefore, it is my individual, personal, subjective opinion and belief, that the company is incompetent, dishonest, and/or unethical.  The foregoing review solely provides my individual, personal, subjective opinions, beliefs, and interpretations. I really love this mask. It makes me feel safer than regular cloth masks and I find it so much more comfortable. It keeps more of my face cool and I love being able to wipe it down between uses when I’m out running errands. It’s waterproof for when I’m walking in the rain, and doesn’t fog up my glasses. My experience since purchasing the ear straps has been even better. I highly recommend them over the stock head strap. Customer service is amazing too! My only complaint is that it does muffle my voice a bit but it’s a silicone seal over my mouth so that was expected. All that said, it’s the only mask I wear.

While the mask is very good quality and also effective on smaller faces (especially un-bearded ones) for me personally the mask is actually very small (even in the largest size) and tends to ride uncomfortably up my nose. Putting it on is also rather complicated as the strap attachments are at the front of the mask, making it constantly try to twist. I could not get the straps to comfortably go over my ears properly either..........

Your product is rubbish. It doesn’t fit on the average size male head or face. It is convenient for you that you do not except returns because I have read the same thing in your reviews over and over. My advice to you is to put out a quality product, not this rubbish.

Likes: 1. Mask fits tightly; 2. Good quality main body. Dislikes: 1. Difficult to remove filter cover. 2. Bottom elastic strap too loose. 3. Top strap coul be wider and thus more comfortable. 4. Filter replacement price is unconscionable @ $20 for 10. Their manufacturing cost could not be more than a few cents each. Plus $6.00 to ship 10 replacement filters! Shame!
