Cask CartelReviews of caskcartel.com

Gotta say I was super worried after I ordered and the looked at reviews. All that said… it worked. I was looking for a rare gin “ Berthas revenge” as the distillery closed. It wasn’t cheap… serious upcharge . Took awhile 2-3 months. Didn’t hear squat from them , but it arrived today . Perfectly satisfied after rolling the dice.

Wish I had read these reviews before I bought a bottle of gin. It should retail for $42 yet Cask Cartel charged $200!!! in other words, a 400% markup! Not to mention a $50 shipping fee. At first they refused to refund, but I kept on them, they did eventually refund with a 35% "restocking" fee. I will never buy from them again and neither should you.

Another scam. Over charging for items. They refused to cancel my order even though I cancelled on the same day. They sent an item but it was refused. Bank refunded.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars. I ordered a bottle of Irish whiskey and paid $322. No problem. It was supposedly premium whiskey. I included protective packaging with the order. When the shipment arrived the seal on the bottle was broken on both sides. Torn unevenly on one side. The contents were a cheap vodka instead of the premium Irish whiskey. The retailer fulfilling the order emptied the Irish whiskey and replaced it with cheap vodka.

I really don't understand why people are leaving one star. I ordered tequila that I cannot find myself. And yes it did take 3 weeks. But I got what I wanted quicker than I can get it myself. I am 100% satisfied. And I will be ordering again. So to all the salty people who gave one star. You all got problems. Because I got exactly what I ordered that I could not find myself.

Ordered 2 bottles of Metallicas Blackened whisky as the price for 2 bottles was almost as cheap as a single bottle from a UK supplier. Delivered from the US to Scotland in less than 10 days. Absolutely outstanding.

⭐ 1 Star My experience with Cask Cartel has been extremely disappointing. If I could, I would give negative stars. I ordered two bottles that were both advertised as available and in stock on the website. Shortly after placing the order, I received a shipping notification for only one bottle. To my surprise, the shipment was coming from London, and I was required to pay additional import duties and taxes that were never disclosed during the ordering process. Meanwhile, the second bottle remained unshipped for over two weeks. When I contacted customer service for an update, they repeatedly responded by referring to the first bottle that had already shipped and appeared unable to distinguish between the two items in my order. Despite multiple inquiries, I still could not get a clear answer regarding the status of the second bottle. The customer service has been slow, unhelpful, and poorly informed. Inventory information on the website appears unreliable, and the lack of transparency regarding international shipping and additional fees is frustrating. Had I read the numerous negative reviews beforehand, I would not have placed an order. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Cask Cartel and would advise potential customers to proceed with caution.

I'm giving a 1 star because I haven't ordered anything yet but thanks to trust pilot I'll never order from them yes the prices are extremely high I was going to order a bottle of Hard claw irish cream they wanted 100.00 plus 31 dollars shipping also including sales tax came close to 150 happy I read the reviews before ordering
