I don't really understand your review. Are you sure you are reviewing Casinomeister? It sounds like something else. Are you implying that someone is monitoring private messages at Casinomeister? Sorry, that is impossible since those messages are encrypted. CS? Propaganda? Truth? It seems you are reviewing an experience from somewhere else.

The site is 100% run by affiliates . I opened a serious issue regarding a questionable casino promotion which got the attention of many . I immediately got flooded with nonsese responses , trashtalk , insults from people (kids i assume) without a hint of gambling knowladge , but i tried my best to keep my calm and make everyone understand what the topic is about . When in a replay to someone i 'mistakenly' used the name of a certain casino , without offending it or criticising in absolute any way ... i was immediately faced with warnings by the casinomeister's owner citing that i should be aware of 'how things work here' and that i bring 'negative vibe' to the forum (this are exactly the warnings i got , literally) . I later found out that the casino in question was 'the casino of the year' on casinomeister . After explaining , almost ashamed , that i didn't disrespected in any way a casino or forum member , that my entire focus there was to try get some answers regarding a certain casino promotion i was faced with a ban from no other than the casinomeister owner telling me exactly this words : ''You have been banned for the following reason: Being a total c*nt. Adios..'' This is what to expect from a totaly professional site which helps people resolve their gambling issues . BTW my thread is still live , and next to my name the owner wrote 'Acting like a total jerkoff' even if i have never called any names or disrepsect him . By the way the guy's in his 60's . Totaly professional !!!
Anyway , this is my honest review about a site that runs its business based on 100% income from casinos . Absolutely time wasting , but feel free to give it a try . You wont know till u try .
As for the sites owner : You should be ashamed of yourself , being a senior and using such words . Absolutely disgusting !

Well, I'd have to admit that after you told me to stick the forum up my a** - your farewell remarks from me were fully deserved. This was after I had tactfully reprimanded you for insulting our membership with your disparaging and snide remarks which were not only uncool but bring on a negative vibe to the forum. Our community is good natured, highly informative, and an entertaining place to be - with loads of seasoned players who were actually addressing your concerns. You, on the other hand, were posting rude and insulting comments. Just reread them. They are there for all to read by the way.
And the casino you were addressing was NOT the casino of the year (which is voted on by our senior membership, btw). So please get your facts straight before posting any defamatory and false comments.
And if you were acting like a jerkoff - then what can I say? Sorry about that - but that's how us old guys roll :)
Edit 1: Ok - letting cooler heads prevail - I have rescinded my disparaging comments. It's the cranky old man in me I guess :). But I would appreciate it if you would correct your review - you were complaining about Pokerstars in our forum. Pokerstars is not a client of ours nor do we have any affiliation with them. You were banned for your behavior towards your fellow members and towards me, it was not for being critical towards this casino. If you want your ban to be reconsidered, please let me know.

Sorry, but this is a load of nonsense. I just noticed this now, but what you have stated is categorically false. We are 100% transparent in our dealings with anyone, and we only ban folks who are either posting spam in our forum, or those who are flaming their fellow members, trolls, fraudsters, or those people who do not have a clue on how to treat others with respect. If your account was banned in our forum, then you fall into one of those categories. If you'd like to have your account reopened, by all means contact me and I will look into it. The buck stops with me - I have the final say on whose account is banned or not.

Just be honest about your business, it would make your days more easy to get through. We have seen the dialogues and e-mails flooding on wikileaks. It seems there is an obsession to hide something with the pursue of a review on Trustpilot. The truth is easy to find for people that is interested in the fraud in this industry and casinomeister's involvement.

Not true, and I am guessing you have been banned at Casinomeister for violating our terms of service. We want our members to post criticisms and critiques. In fact, we encourage this and have been encouraging this for the past twenty years. If you had an issue with any of our policies or moderators, you should have made this known to me. You are welcome to contact me personally on the site in order to resolve any problems you are having.
Edit: Just a note that I have reached out to this person via Trust Pilot and they have yet to respond. For the record, what this person is stating is categorically false and he has not done ANY research on Casinomeister since the first step would have been to discuss any topic about the site with me. I am probably the easiest person to contact. It's pretty sad that folks are allowed to make untrue comments about me and my staff on this platform.

This is a worthless site. I won at an online casino. This site told me that I was a shill for this "illegal" casino. It was not true. Then the "casinomaster" was trying to get donations to a charity for his daughter. WORTHLESS!!

I'm sorry Joe, but I disagree. You posted some overly praiseworthy comments about an online casino that is operating illegally, and we have strict rules concerning this. Your account was banned for breaking these rules, and then you attempted to sign up twice more - thus violating our terms and conditions.
Touting online casinos that are dodgy will not be tolerated at Casinomeister. If you would have simply apologized, I would have gladly reopened your account.
No one pays us to write bad reviews. We are obligated to warn players about these operations.
Edited Note: what this person is stating is false. The only charity we ran this year was for single mothers in Nairobi, Kenya who live in impoverished conditions and have been affected even worse by the Corona virus. It is sad that folks can make untrue disparaging comments here on this Trust Pilot platform.

I absouletly agree I had a dispute with bitstarz so I went on casinomeister to file a claim and then they banned me because who do you think pays there bill. The casinos do all the people that post on there are casinos and there affiliates that make money from working them. So if you want a real source of information about casinos don't bother with this site they are scam

Obviously, this is not true. We have loads of complaints on our site concerning online casinos - going back nearly 20 years. You were probably banned for violating our posting rules which are pretty straightforward and easy to abide by.
We have thousands of members who have no problems being amicable and courteous to one another. I am sorry that this didn't work out for you.
