To whom this may concern: Today I tried to get an advance loan on my current existing account I have w/Cash Time. I called and spoke to a cash loan representative at 3pm. I was advised to fill out an application online, take pictures of my car, vin# and mileage. Half way through trying to complete the application I kept getting an error message. I called again for the 4th time and while on hold I received a call from Cash Time so I let the representative know the problem I'm having with their on-line service. She transfers me to another cash loan representative. I was now told to go into the store so they can assist me. So I drive to the store near my home by this time it is 5:45pm keep in mind I started my request @3pm. I was told they cant help me because my loan was at another location and they would need to contact that location for my account information and that store is closed. I can't believe after all I had gone through, all the incorrect information I was given. At the end I got no where. Customer service, Cash Loan representatives they all need to get on the same page. All employed with the same employer "Cash Time" All should have somewhat the same knowledge and same information about the company you work for. At the end of my situation, my dilema, I was told "I'm sorry" I have taken three different loans and each time I would let the loan representative know nothing has changed on my account same employer, address, etc. and everything was taken care of right away. Just had to sign new paperwork. Sincerely, Unhappy existing customer.
