friendly staff and outstanding service
Joe is the person I talk to at cash time. He explained things clearly and he really helps me out and goes the extra mile with customer service. He is the manager at the store I visit. Joe doesnt beat around the bush. He says it how it is and will continue to provide excellent service to current and new customers. Hereally deserves a bigger promotion with his skills and great attitude.

Compassionate
I have had a few tittle loans over the years and this is the only company that has worked with me to keep my car. An make the payments suitable to whatever may be happening in my life at the time. They understand with it is to be stuck between a rock an a hard place, they try and make it better. I'm not thrilled to have a title loan BUT I am relieved that it is with Cash Time.

Excellent Service and Fast
I went on line first and that was easy and Marie called me back right away and was very helpful. I had a 3:00 PM appointment and I got there a little early and has out by 3:15. Everyone was very nice and helpful and explained everything very well. My highest recommendation for your company.

Very simple process,staff were absolutely outstanding!
The staff members made the process very easy to understand.The repayment terms are also very easy to understand and fit my budget perfectly! Thank you CashTime at the West Bell Rd location.

FANTASTIC AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
It took me awhile to think about getting a loan... Considering that it's for MY ONLY CAR... But the lady at Cash Time really made me feel better about my decision... She made my payments to where it was comfortable for me to pay and I would really recommend Cash Time to anyone of my friends and family. :)

Very welcoming and energetic associate.
From the moment that i arrived i was welcomed and during the actual loan process Jesus was very professional but also very personable. It was clear that this was a business we were doing, but made it very easy to go with. I appreciate working with Jesus
