I filled out an application online and then had to complete another one in store, which I thought was ridiculous, especially since I've been there before.

They did their best to help me

Unfair payment schedule
Easy process however payment schedule not very negotiable. Took out loan on 26th and they wanted their first payment on the 1st of the month. Will make 1 or two payments and look into refinancing with better company and terms.

I have been a customer for a long time and have never been late on my payment, this time I was surprised that I was not able to get the loan amount that I needed

Fast, Easy but not dressed appropriately
Everything was great. Fast and easy. Doing everything online and over the phone makes it so much easier. Swan location did great. But, when i picked up the check at the South location i seen an employee there dressed with leggings and i can see everything under. Very poorly dressed. Other than that the lady who gave me the check was very nice down to the lady who cashed the check!
