I have had a horrible experience with this company. I have called 5 times leaving messages asking for my title back and giving them a number to reach me at not once have i gotten a call back. I live in buckeye and I'm in complicated and difficult time in my life i dont have access to a phone and I was on unemployment since February i only had 5 payments why was I getting a letter saying im delinquent how hard is it to pull out 5 payments off my credit card since February so I should never have a letter saying I'm delinquent I signed a paper saying that they're able to take the money out as this card so why do I have a letter I don't know nobody calls me back so apparently this company doesnt know how to do their job right at all.(they have a job but i don't) so its not my fault for anything and i want my title back. Jillian Barr. 480-650- ****here is a number for the 6th time so they can reach me to return my title or even better mail it to me

The only reason I'm giving a 3 today is because I had to call more than 5 times to get to get an accurate place to go, I told the guy I got off at 630 but he wasnt listening and fail to tell me the place I was closest to closed at 6, he told me to catch another one before 7, but gave me the wrong cross streets (14 st and van buren), so a female finally answers and tells me its 12 street. I almost pass it because it's on 13 street. I get in the place and the girl tells me I have to go to the original place because she cant see my records and I don't have the title. I know my face went red at that point.Im just standing there trying to keep my composure. I've never had anyone be rude to me here and I'm not feeling well. So....She finally helps. It takes her over and hour. She has to come interrupt me from filling out the paperwork because she cant open the car. I have to turn the car on. She was confused because the miles were different than the original loan. Eventually she got over herself and was nice. Hell... I was tired from working loooong before she was. I'm sure of it. Anyway... I will never go anywhere except Camelback EVER.
