A newly diagnosed diabetic, I saw a need to help people who could not afford test strips and diabetic supplies without insurance and a good paying job. I have lived in Chicago, Illinois for over 34 years and am committed to local charities and non-profits including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. I looked for a way to help those without insurance and money take care of their diabetic needs and didn’t see many options – I created one. Since 2005 we have been helping people sell diabetic test strips for cash and donating them to those in need at our cost or selling them online at a significant discount.I know the frustrations and sadness of not managing diabetes with the daily testing of your glucose blood sugar. When I was 15, I lost my mother to diabetes and since then have made it my mission in life to help those with diabetes in any way that I can. We are steadfast in our mission in providing test strips to those in need and hope you will help us by selling your unused test strips. I guarantee they will help someone in need – while putting some extra cash in your pocket. A true win-win!

I was contacted by the company through Trust Pilot. They asked for more information. I sent them my package tracking number and the PayPal info they requested. It has been over two months now and still nothing. They owe me $535. I have been waiting almost a year to get paid. I will not let this go. I will keep posting and contacting until I get paid. I will keep spreading the word not to use this company.

sent 2 boxes one in October of 2017 and one in November 2017 it is now mid January 2018 and I never got paid! I will not do business with them again!!!!!.finally got paid at the end of February

I will never use this company again 3/2017 I got paid on time. I mailed off 12/2017 received 12- 22nd. It is now 1-15-2018. The company has not returned my calls or responded to my emails my last message was for them to contact me so I could get my supplies returned. BAD customer service. They just lost a loyal customer. 1-15-2018

Horrible!!! I sent 6 boxes and never got paid and every time I tried contacting them, they hung up on me or I got the voicemail over and over again. Ridiculous and FAKE company!!!

Bad experience for the first time doing business with this company. Over a month since they received my shipment. I've received an email (after numerous emails to them) verifying receipt of the shipment and the amount they owe me along with an apology for taking so long. Payment is to be made in the order it was received but I'm not sure how they can prove this to me. I've waited for over a month for payment when payment was "guaranteed" to be made within 24 hours of receipt. On Facebook they are claiming that Trust point have them rated at 9.4/10. Hummm that's not what I see here. Beware your product is taken without payment. Where can we go to resolve this? They have hurt way too many people and apparently aren't getting "caught up". They should stop taking new shipments until they have caught up. I'm very frustrated!
