A newly diagnosed diabetic, I saw a need to help people who could not afford test strips and diabetic supplies without insurance and a good paying job. I have lived in Chicago, Illinois for over 34 years and am committed to local charities and non-profits including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. I looked for a way to help those without insurance and money take care of their diabetic needs and didn’t see many options – I created one. Since 2005 we have been helping people sell diabetic test strips for cash and donating them to those in need at our cost or selling them online at a significant discount.I know the frustrations and sadness of not managing diabetes with the daily testing of your glucose blood sugar. When I was 15, I lost my mother to diabetes and since then have made it my mission in life to help those with diabetes in any way that I can. We are steadfast in our mission in providing test strips to those in need and hope you will help us by selling your unused test strips. I dealt with them before but terrible now. No payment no response to calls email or text. I am thinking we are stuck they have our merchandise we have empty promises. Sad they seemed to want to help people but apparently only helping themselves.

when I first staring get my checks on time, now since Oct. slowe slow but I got it. Nov. real slow but I got it NOw its DEC.2117thuja nuary 28 2018and now still waiting why why

I have been trying to contact cashnow. 47 attempts to be exact. Via my tracking number I know they received my shipment Dec. 4 2017.it is now Jan 29 2018 and still no payment. The last time I shipped was Oct 2017 and received payment in nov 2017. Does anyone know of a reliable company that purchases diabetic supplies?

I haven't heard a word from them. No answers to email or phone messages. I sent in my boxes over a week ago and no response. I think that someone needs to file a police report for theft. I called the police in Chicago and told them that a police officer should look in the matter.

Good morning, I am writing to see if there is any update on the order I sent you and when do you expect I will see a payment? It is now Friday January 26th and you received the package from me on Monday January 22. Time is of the essence so I would like to know that you could return a call or answer a email or text or something. A company such as yours that does not reply to their customers is very unprofessional and definitely not business like. I sincerely hope that you would be honest and forthcoming to reply to my many request as soon as possible.

I sent in a order received and processed on December 16th 2017, confirmed that they received it with the pictures they sent me contacted the assistant, and another asst, and the owner, by text email, and phone no response they said delayed shipment of payment and you can not contact them, Here it is January 25,2018. NOTHING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I have just sent a shipment. I really need my payment as well. I have used them multiple times and never had any problems. I am hopeful that they will get this worked out and back on track and get payments out. If they are overwhelmed hopefully they will send the shipments back so we can send to another company. Hopeful i will receive their great service on this shipment as I always have.
