cashnowoffer is no longer in buisness on there website it says contact surplus diabetic supplies funny thing is that was there paypal they used to send payments

I wrote a bad review, but am now editing it. I was paid today for the 40 boxes of test strips. It took a few weeks and persistence, but Jonathan finally paid. I used this company before and had no issues. I’m thankful this turned out the way it did!!

Once they received my strips they emailed quickly then nothing on when payment would be processed. I waited a week and contacted Brian and he got right on finding out where my payment was. Next day, he said I should have my payment and it was there.

One star is being generous! I have done business with this company in the past and never a problem. Now I'm waiting almost 6 weeks and no one answers emails or phone calls. I'm thinking I was scammed and am so angry! What changed? New Owners? They need to be reported! UPDATE: I received an email reaching out to me. Asked me a few questions and about 2 days later the money hit my account. Apparently the company changed hands. Would I ever use them again? If I see they are getting more positive feedback then I will. Just never want to go though the hassle I did this time. I want it quick and simple as it was before.

I sent them strips for payment in October, 2017 which would have been my third transaction with them! I had no thoughts about there being a problem this third time! I was wrong and I never could reach anyone to explain why I hadn’t been paid and I just chalked it up to a lesson learned and I would never make such a transaction again! HUGE SURPRISE just happened! They finally sent me a payment through PayPal just this very minute! I really thought I had been ripped off! Thank God they finally came through with the payment of $98! I still won’t ever do it again but I’m happy I got paid!

I had sent test trips that they received since October 11, 2017...on Monday January 5, 2018 I received the email notification that they were finally sending my check with the tracking number. I’ve been reading all the posts and it seems that the company has been taken over by a Jonathan Avila...it’s no longer Jeff Sheets...I’m still a little skeptical about sending them more boxes I think I’ll wait another month to see if they’ve caught up with everybody else who they owe, as I don’t want to have to wait another 4 months wondering what happened to my payment...the new owner should post something on the website, otherwise he’ll probably lose more business because of Jeff’s business practices!

This is a revised review. It took 5 months but did end up getting the money. I am dissapointed in the time it took but am grateful they sent it.

Good morning everyone my name is Melissa I've been dealing with this company for two years and I didn't think there was screws over like this I sent mine diabetic strips out a week before Christmas and I thought maybe I would have got them back before Christmas and I didn't and I tried to call them before and after and here come New Year's and I still didn't get nothing and Jeff was always sending me text asking me did I have anything to send him and I didn't think that they would screw us over like this and I think this is very bad and if it's going to take 6 weeks behind that's not good for us they should put up a email to say they going to be behind on payments or send everybody emails out that has sent in diabetic strips but I pray that this company still good instead of f****** everybody over.....😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
