I have been owed money since beginning of November 2017. I am so frustrated and dont know what to do anymore. I have called texted emailed over a thousand times and still nothing. They owe me $150.

I have been dealing with this company for almost two years now and never had a problem until now. I also have sent my latest order in December 2017 and not had heard from them. I know l packed my items well as always so I hope they don't try to pass that off as excuse. My son's godmother works for the postal service and offer some advice. Make sure you get a receipt when you send off your package, as l always do. It shows when they get it, which was in December. If you get paid by PayPal it usually takes them about 8-10 days to hit your account.l don't know how long it takes to get a check. Now if they haven't at least sent you a cursory email to let you know that the holiday is crazy busy, then (1) contact them(2) call the BBB( Better Business Bureau)& file a complaint (3) contact American Greed/ scams or the I.R.S. / fraud detection department & let them know about this website and what is going on. & THEY WILL investigate. There are too many of us to ignore, even if you are not getting back BIG bucks,its our money & we are entitled to it. These test supplies are like plasma BIG$$$ . Don't let him get away with it. If l don't hear back from them by the end of the month. I will submit another update as well as a number to call to file a class action complaint.

I mailed in the test strips on Nov26th,2017 , sent multiple emails and left voicemails . No answer at all just for a response once. No updates !!!! Was still waiting for the check but they got what they wanted and I gave up. Do not trust this company.

I've sent my strips and lancets before and received my check pretty quickly. Recently, They received my test strips December 20, 2017. It is now January 6, 2018. I have contacted them via email and phone. No one answers or emails back. I am a hard working mother who doesn't have much money. I need my money! I will take legal action if I must! I'm sure everyone who sells their test strips needs their money as well! I guarantee they make killer profits from the test strips. So why not pay us?!? We keep your business going. Big big mistake to bite the hand that feeds you! Your business will go under if it hasn't already! Send me my check!

The same no response took my strips and just vanished DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

Rip off MAIL FRAUD! JEFF SHEETS NEVER PAYS. REPORTED TO POLICE AND POSTMASTER.

The worst no money it has been a month

Have not received my payment i sent my boxes out 12-9-2017 no response on phone or through emails after reading other people's reviews i am so sorry i used them!
