We wish that we had more control over our prices but unfortunately, we are at the mercy of our customers. Big pharma controls the pricing by determining the available supply in the market. However, please keep an eye out because they do often go up!!

Hi Patricia! Thank you for your kind review! You have used us many times before but not since July 23, 2021, 1:31 p.m. and there are no new shipments since then. This leads me to believe you've been using a different company since then and may have us confused with them. Had you sent your strips to us, you would've been paid in full and your check would've been mailed to you no later than one business day after we received your strips. We've been hearing stories about other companies that have been failing to pay their customers over the past few years, and even more so over the past few months. To be clear, we have no affiliation with those companies. We are under new ownership and would love the opportunity to partner with you again!

Hello Ronald, we completely understand your frustration! We wish that we had more control over our prices but unfortunately we are at the mercy of our customers. We have been in this business for a long time and have seen many competitors come and go because they lure people in with high prices and then go out of business and leave people out to dry. We are here to stay. We always pay as promised, and always will. I can't blame you if you want to roll the dice, and if you are displeased with their service, we're always going to be here ready to serve you honestly and reliably.
