We are going to reach out directly to explain your payout and send you photos from your inspection report to show the condition at which we are receiving your boxes. Your payout for strips changed because you are now sending us a DIFFERENT type of test strip than you were before, not because we the price was lowered.

Lisa, we have reached out directly! This is the first that we are hearing that you are having an issue with our company after years of sending us test strips! We have sent you an email with photos from your recent inspection reports that show the permanent ink markings that were on your boxes that resulted in the half pays for a small number of your boxes.

Donald, we can assure you that we absolute do not lower prices on a whim. We have very little control over the prices we can offer. Although there are many reasons the prices can fluctuate, the simple answer is that test strip prices are based on supply and demand. Sometimes a manufacturer will flood the market with their brand of test strips, causing an over-supply in the market which results in a price drop. Conversely, when a certain brand is scarce, the test strip price will increase. We offer prices that offer you the highest payout while insuring that we will stay in business for as long as possible.

Hi Marshall, thank you so much for reviewing us on TrustPilot. We continue to not understand your frustration with our business. You received the FULL payout for your last shipment with us. You had a disagreement with your first shipment which we explain thoroughly in our email response to you and provided you with a link to review the inspection report to let us know which area you disagreed with in it. Your complaint seems to stem entirely from expecting $50 for boxes that were listed on our website and in the information you received with your shipment at $30 per item. We have never offered $50 per box for that type of test strip. For that first shipment, you received the FULL payout of $30 per box for all but one of those boxes. As explained in our emails and in your inspection report (if you had bothered to look at it), you would have seen a photo of an expiration date for one of your boxes that showed that it expired in 3-9 months and thus received a 50% pay reduction per our clear expiration policy. You have proceeded to send us angry emails almost weekly ever since instead of responding to our request for you to review your inspection report (you really LOVE that middle finger emoji). We are frankly happy that you no longer want to do business with us.

Nanii, we completely understand your frustration! We wish that we had more control over our prices but unfortunately we are at the mercy of our customers. We have been in this business for a long time and have seen many competitors come and go because they lure people in with high prices and then go out of business and leave people out to dry. We are here to stay. We always pay as promised, and always will. I can't blame you if you want to roll the dice, and if you are displeased with their service, we're always going to be here ready to serve you honestly and reliably.
