Thank you so much for the review! We are devastated to see such a low rating from a customer that has sent us over 15 shipments in the 15 months they have been a customer of ours! As we have explained in a previous email exchange, pricing for glucose test strips reflects current market demand and may change over time. We stand by the pricing on our website at the time of inspection and we offer prices that offer you the highest payout while insuring that we will stay in business for as long as possible. We wish we had more control over our pricing but big pharma controls the pricing by determining the available supply in the market. Our history of communication with you shows that we have always responded to your concerns in a timely manner and want to repeat that we are saddened that despite our best efforts you gave us a 1-star rating.

We see that we have always treated you honestly and fairly and even went above and beyond to earn your trust by sending you a leeway check and have included photos from your inspection report to explain your payouts. You continued to ask for leeway checks and for understandable reasons that was a one time thing. We really worked to satisfy you as a customer and are sad that it was to no avail despite our best efforts.

We have always taken the time to explain your payout and we see that your 1-star rating stems mostly from you sending us different strips of late and expecting the same price for what you used to send. Unfortunately, different types of strips have different pricing. Pricing for glucose test strips reflects current market demand and may change over time. Wade, we have raised the prices recently on a number of products. We are sorry that the ones that you have were not included. We are not sure why you feel they were false payment increase notices when we specifically mention the exact products in our communications. We also want to stress that pricing for glucose test strips reflects current market demand and may change over time. We stand by the pricing on our website at the time of inspection. Jacqueline, we are sorry that you feel you did not get very much money as you were paid exactly as much as we promised you would be paid given what you sent to us! We do believe that you may have missed our expiration policy and that we do not purchase lancets and that is why you expected more than you received. Unlike our competitors, we do not hide our expiration policy. It is found in all caps right above the price table both on our website and included with your free mail kit.
