Hi Diamond, please give us more information! We have customer service agents standing by Monday-Friday from 8:00am-8:00pm CST. They are available via LiveChat, email, text message and phones! Throughout each stage of the process we send our customers emails with updates that can easily be replied to with any questions. We also text every customer within a day or two of them receiving our free mail kit to let them know that their kit has been delivered and that they can simply respond with more information. We truly would love to know how we can be better at customer service. Please keep in mind that we are a small business and cannot have staff available 24/7 but we do the best that we can!

Please understand that we do not control the speed at which a check goes through the mail system. Sadly, the USPS is not as reliable as we would all like for it to be but that is outside of our control! We do see that we mailed your check the SAME DAY we received your shipment. We do hope that you would give us a 5-star review for the things we can control!

Hi Sandra, Thank you for reviewing us! We wish you had reached out directly. We are always happy to full explain the payout someone receives. We think that you may have missed our expiration policy which states, "Payouts below are for boxes with 10+ Months until expiration. Payouts will be 50% less for boxes with 3-9 Months until expiration. If your boxes have LESS than 3 Months until expiration, are opened/unsealed, expired, or are a brand not listed below, we will NOT pay for them OR return them. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE." (please excuse the ALL CAPS and bold as we are simply copying and pasting from the information included with your free mail kit). This policy is set for the health and safety of the people we seek to help and we do not hide it. We state it directly above the price table included with every free mail kit and our website makes it even more clear. The expiration dates are determined by the manufacturer and printed directly on the box. Your recent shipment included 26 boxes of Accu Chek GUIDE 50 Retail. 7 of the boxes that you sent to us were EXPIRED and one expired in less than 3 months - all were disqualified for purchase per our expiration policy. An additional 10 boxes expired in 3-9 months and received 50% lower payouts per our expiration policy. 6 boxes received the FULL payout per box because they were 10+ months from expiration and in MINT condition. Unfortunately, 2 boxes arrived to us opened and were also disqualified. Simply based on the types of boxes that you sent and their expiration dates, the max payout that you could have received was $90. You received $78 because two of the boxes arrived to us opened. We do hope that help explains your payout! Please reach out to us directly as we have photos from your inspection report (including of the expiration dates) that we would be happy to share!
