Allen, we are very sad to see the 1-star rating from you because you have been a customer of ours for a long time. You did recently receive a zero pay from us because you sent us six boxes of True Metrix test strips and we do not and have never purchase that brand. You have received a total of 7 free mail kits from us (returning 5 of them to be paid) and each one had the same statement in ALL CAPS right above the price table that we do not return items sent to us that are not on our approved purchase list. As you know, we pay to ship you the free mail kit AND pay for you to be able to ship your excess supply to us free of charge. If we then also returned items to customers that send us items that we did not ask for or want, then we would have to lower our payouts for all of our other customers, including the 4 ones you sent to us that you were paid a total of more than $300 for your supplies.

Tonya, we are sorry you feel that way., You sent us items that were no longer in their original manufacturer sealed box and for the health and safety of our customers, we cannot purchase those. Please note that at the top of our price table both on our website and included with your free mail kits states the following: "PAYOUTS BELOW ARE FOR MINT BOXES WITH 10+ MONTHS UNTIL EXPIRATION. PAYOUTS WILL BE 50% LESS FOR BOXES WITH 3-9 MONTHS UNTIL EXPIRATION. IF YOUR BOXES HAVE LESS THAN 3 MONTHS UNTIL EXPIRATION, ARE OPENED/UNSEALED, EXPIRED, OR ARE A BRAND NOT LISTED BELOW, WE WILL NOT PAY FOR THEM OR RETURN THEM." (please excuse the caps, I’m just copying and pasting from the website). As you can see we did not play a switch and run or change anything with you.

William, we are very surprised by your review as we went more than above and beyond to make you happy. It is sad for us to see that you were paid for items not on our approved purchase list and yet still gave us 1-stars. You sent us items (Contour Next 35 Retail) that are not on our approved purchase list. Despite that fact, our inspectors went above and beyond and still paid you a small amount for those test strips. It was the same that you received the last time you did that as well so we are not sure why you expected any payment at all let alone more.

James, we tried to directly handle this with review offline and thank you for at least changing your review to reflect that you were paid. We remain saddened by your 1-star review as we have explained to you that you that the prices do change and that we have very little control over when they happen. We stand by the prices listed on our website and had you bothered to look at either the website or the free mail kit that you used to send in your strips you would have seen that the prices had changed in the four months between your shipments. If you had reviewed the included price sheet then you would have seen that you were not only paid exactly as promised but actually more than our website indicated at the time of inspection. We are sorry about the delay in your check arriving but the check arrived WITHIN the window that we promise. We state that checks typically arrive in 3-8 BUSINESS days. Your check was mailed on June 9th and arrived to you on June 21st (you cashed it on June 22). That is exactly 8 business days later. Our terms and conditions do state that it can take up to 10 business days to arrive. We are truly sorry that it arrived at the tail end of that range but that is outside of our control. You should give your 1-star rating to the USPS and your local bank, not this small business just trying to do right by the diabetics of this country.

Yvonne, we are very sorry to see your review because we have previously explained to you why you were not paid for one of the boxes that you sent to us. We provided you a photo of the box that you sent to us that clearly showed that the security label had been removed. For the health and safety of our customers, we cannot and do not purchase any box that has been opened which can only happen if the security seal has been removed. We do hope that you will consider changing your review rating as we treated you honestly and fairly.
