Hello Raymond, Thank you so much for your comment and opinion, We wish that we had more control over our prices but unfortunately, we are at the mercy of our customers. Big pharma controls the pricing by determining the available supply in the market. However, please keep an eye out because they do often go up!!

Rich, we are very confused by your rating! We see that you were upset with your last payout (which was in August 2021) but we issued you an adjustment check at that time to make you whole so we are unsure why you still feel cheated!

We hate that the prices for your strips have lowered too! But they are the same price as you were getting when you first started just not the awesome high prices we were able to give out for a few months. We have very little control over the prices we can offer. Although there are many reasons the prices can fluctuate, the simple answer is that test strip prices are based on supply and demand. Sometimes a manufacturer will flood the market with their brand of test strips, causing an over-supply in the market which results in a price drop. Conversely, when a certain brand is scarce, the test strip price will increase. We offer prices that offer you the highest payout while insuring that we will stay in business for as long as possible.

Hello Sandra, Thank you so much for your comments, we take security very seriously which is why we only accept products in perfect conditions and that includes the box as stated in our policy. Again, we really appreciate your opinion.

Monica, we are going to reach out directly to better understand this review because do not see any record of us sending you back a box or not paying for all of the strips that you sent us!
