Lisa, thank you for reviewing us on TrustPilot. It is very easy to explain your issue. We pay out $10 per box for Freestyle LITE 50 Retail but you sent us Freestyle 50 Retail which we pay out $8 per box. Freestyle is different from Freestyle LITE which is why you received a different payout. Please also note that our NUMBER ONE instruction on both our website and in the information included with your kit states the following: "If there are any stickers or labels on the box please leave them on and we will remove them. If you attempt to remove the labels, damage caused to the box by improper removal of a sticker may disqualify the submission." Had you reached out to us directly we would have explained that you sent us a different box than the price you looked at. We also would have provided you photos from your inspection report showing the damage caused by the improper removal of a label. However, our inspectors granted you a leeway and paid you out half price for them. We hope that explains your experience and that had you reviewed ANY of our information closely you would have not been surprised at all by your payout. We hope that you will reconsider your review.

Hi Maria, thank you for reviewing us! We are surprised by your review because you have sent us over 10 shipments over the past year and always received the full payout and the one time you reached out to us with a request to be removed from our autoship program we honored your request immediately. We are not sure what happened so we are going to reach out to you directly for an explanation as we struggle to see why you kept sending us shipments despite feeling that it was a 1-star experience. We hope you will respond so that we can improve our rating for future customers.

Laura, we are stunned to see your 1-star rating. We have sent you over $1000 in the years that you have been a customer with us and have always been honest and reliable with you. We have very little control over the prices we can offer. Although there are many reasons the prices can fluctuate, the simple answer is that test strip prices are based on supply and demand. Sometimes a manufacturer will flood the market with their brand of test strips, causing an over-supply in the market which results in a price drop. Conversely, when a certain brand is scarce, the test strip price will increase. We offer prices that offer you the highest payout while insuring that we will stay in business for as long as possible. Unfortunately, we are seeing that with Freestyle Lite lately. We have raised the prices on a number of other strips and we are sorry that yours have not been one of them lately. We always display our current pricing right on our website so there should never be any surprise with your payout. In the years that you have been in business with us you know that the $42 that we were paying was way above normal and that our current pricing while less than it was historically is not that different. The lower price is the result of big pharma trying to put companies like ours out of business. We truly hope we can raise the prices soon for your strips.

Donna, we are going to follow up with you directly and provide you with photos from your inspection report that show that you did send us expired boxes. We take photos of every box that we receive, including of the expiration dates and had you reached out to us prior to reviewing we would have happily provided them to you.

James, we are going to reach out to you directly. We have explained to you repeatedly that our number one instruction both on our website and in the information included with your free mail kit states the following, "If there are any stickers or labels on the box please leave them on and we will remove them. If you attempt to remove the labels, damage caused to the box by improper removal of a sticker may disqualify the submission." We have told you this numerous times dating all the way back to early 2021! We understand you want to keep removing the label but doing so does jeopardize your payout!

Ronald, we are so sad to see that something that is completely outside of our control is the reason for your 1-star rating. What makes us more sad to see your rating is that it has been over a year since we last received a shipment from you and the prices we are currently paying are more than double what you had been receiving when you stopped sending us shipments.
