I appreciate the postage paid return kit. That helps a lot. The payout is at a fair amount. Which also helps in these hard times. However, on each statement since I started this exchange program. There are always 2 test strip boxes claiming to be open or damaged. I am extremely!!! careful with the care and handling of each strip box. I would never send an open or damaged box in. Please! in the future take a closer look at the condition of the contents of each box to ensure my payout is in full... Thank you! for your business. Stay safe and well. Peace!
