It works just like returning an item purchased on Amazon.com. We have received a LOT of positive feedback so far on that new option.

Paul, thank you so much for leaving a review! We are more than happy to fully explain your payout especially because we paid you exactly as promised we would pay you! You recently sent us a shipment that included 1 box of Freestyle Lite 100 Retail test strips and 1 box of Freestyle Libre 2 sensor (CGM product). There is no such thing as a 200ct box. The larger box that you sent was a CGM sensor. You received the FULL payout of $22 for the box of Freestyle Lite 100 Retail test strips that you sent to us. You received a half pay of $15 for the Freestyle Libre 2 because it expires 1.31.2024 which is less than 6 months away at the time of inspection. We think that you may have missed our expiration policy for CGM devices which states, "Payouts below are for boxes with 6+ Months until expiration. Payouts will be 50% less for boxes with 4-6 Months until expiration. If your boxes have LESS than 4 Months until expiration, are opened/unsealed, expired, or are a brand not listed below, we will NOT pay for them OR return them." (please excuse the ALL CAPS as we are simply copying and pasting from the information included with your free mail kit). This policy is set for the health and safety of the people we seek to help and we do not hide it. We state it directly above the price table included with every free mail kit and our website makes it even more clear. The expiration dates are determined by the manufacturer and printed directly on the box. We will follow up directly with photos from your inspection that show the contents of what you shipped and the expiration dates!

One minute i get $30 a box for onetouch ultra now it's $12 a box this price isn't worth the money and time i spend traveling to the post office.

Sean, we completely understand your frustration! We wish that we had more control over our prices but unfortunately, big pharma controls the pricing by determining the available supply in the market, we are basically at the mercy of our customers. However, please keep an eye out because they do often go up!!

I've been sending test strips for years and I always received the payment pretty fast. Lately I've been sending strips and sensors and it has been taking a lot longer for me to receive my payment.

Hello Danielle! Nothing has changed about our process. We still always send payment within one business day of inspecting. Also, the USPS announced a slowdown in mail delivery. It hasn't impacted the vast majority of our customers but we apologize that it apparently has impacted you.

When I first started with your company the prices for my extra supplies were good, but lately the prices have gone down for my extra supplies and it doesn't pay me to send them in.
